Yesterday I was sorting out two closets in our house. The closet in Breeona's room has B's hang up clothes and all of my craft stuff. I have sewing, scrapbook, and everything eles in there.
As I was looking at my very sad sewing box, (It is clear, and wont clasp, and is broken) I thought 'humm maybe I'll look on ebay and see if I can find what kind of sewing boxes are out there.' Now I don't know why I thought this. I don't shop on ebay ever.

I almost cried.
Look at the beautiful workmanship.
The reason I almost cried was because I had a sewing box just like this. It was destroyed in our house fire a few years back. I never thought I would ever find one of these again. My first one I bought from an older man in Manson, Washington. The one pictured above is comming from Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.
I won it yesterday!!!!
Another amazing thing is that I paid $24.50 for it!!

Way to go, Stephanie!!! What an awesome find. I have a sewing box like the clear one, only it's blue. Clasp doesn't work and I got it second-hand from my grandma, so it's been around for a LOOONG time! :) That wood one will be a great treasure.
Congratulations! Ebay shopping can be a fun (and expensive) hobby!! That is the neatest sewing box I've ever seen.
