Ok we are crazy! just crazy! We got a puppy. We got him last week and he is only 5 weeks old. He is a lab/German Shepard mix. We went to the vet today and he weighed in at 6lb. 11 oz. But the vet said she thinks he will get up to 85lbs. lol He is super super cute. I will post a picture later. The first night we had him he was up every 2 hours..... not so funny. not so cute. But now he has a bed and a kennel and he is sleeping 4 to 6 hours strait, which is fine. We made him a playpen outside and that is where he spends most of his day, sleeping in the sun. His name is Bandit.

When we got our little puppy, I told Jeff that I would get up with the baby, but he had to get up with the puppy!
It'll help prepare you for your other 'puppy' to be born in 3 months- you'll be up all night and he'll also be spending more of his days in a pen, otherwise known as a crib.
