honeymoon

We just got back from Mexico!! That is where we went on our honeymoon. We went on a cruise, and loved every minute of it. We were gone for seven days and went to three different ports. First we flew from Vegas to LA.
Then we hopped on a bus for a twenty minute drive to the ship. We had two fun days at sea where we got some sun and ate a lot! Our first port was Puerto Vallarta. This was one of our favorite days. For the first part of the day we traveled around the city and just explored the area. We found a beautiful old church and a statute that I made Kevin stand by.
We found an amazing place to eat called Si Senior.

The second part of the day we spent in the tree tops. We did the high canopy adventure. We had a blast on the zip lines and repelling. It was a new experience for the both of us. The canopy adventure lasted about 6 hours and by the time it was over we were wet, tired, and cold. We loved it!

The next day was the port of Mazatlan. In Mazatlan we walked around town. We did a walking tour of the old part of town where once again I found a funny statute for Kevin to stand by.

It was so great because Kevin speaks such great Spanish. We could get around town or talk to the taxi drivers, one who told us to have a lot of children. He said one or two is not enough. Also, in Mazatlan we spent some time on the beach and playing in the water. The last port of our trip was Cabo San Lucas. We had the least amount of time here. We found some really nice beaches. Because it was our last port we wanted to do something fun, so we decided to go parasailing.

This too was a new adventure for the both of us. It was go great because we got to go together at the same time. After we got done we went on a little boat ride and went to lovers beach.

The next day was a day at sea. We had an amazing time, but we both were glad to come home.
