Summer so Far

Our summer has been sooo good so far! Breeona is still in school. I know! She wont get out until Aug 3, then she has 3 weeks off and on to third grade! Kevin is out of school for the summer, which I love! We have visited some new parks. Breeona loves this tire swing. I use to love when my dad pushed me on one of these. Don't worry I haven't really spun her yet...

We have a small water park near our house we visited this one, we were only going to let B play on the slides and swings but it was hot and so she also got wet and came after Kevin.

So Memorial day weekend we had some drama: We wanted to go out on the boat, which hasent been used since last year, so Kevin brought it to our house to get running. He couldn't get it started and he tried and tried. It was such a bummer because we invited my brother and his family and had to let them down too! So we didn't clean it and took it to the shop on Sat. We figured it would take a few days to get running but brought our swimsuits anyway. We droped it off at the shop, visited my brother and family and took the kiddos to the water park on the south side of town. We let Jaxon play this time.

He really liked it until he got very wet and cold. He started crying so Kevin had to rescure him.

He liked it when he was being held.

It was kinda cold for Breeona too but she can't say no to water.

Here is Jax going after the water again. Once he got wet he cried again, hes a slow learner I guess.

So we were their for like 10 minutes and Kevin got a phone call from the shop and they had fixed our boat! So we got to go after all! We were all so happy!

I was worried how Jaxon would do in his lifejacket for such a long time. No big deal, he was fine with it. The only problem was when he would tip over on his back, he was like a turtle in a shell.
